Versatile product specification from LAUFEN for IBIS and TRIBE

Demonstrating versatility and excellence in Budapest as Laufen collaborates with two distinct hotel brands from the Accor Group; the vibrant Ibis and the bold Tribe, at the Budapest Stadium housed within The Liberty, a mixed-use development by Wing Zrt. This prestigious project highlights Laufen’s ability to cater to diverse hotel categories, from economy to midscale, through its extensive product range.

The two brands share some public areas yet maintain distinct identities in their accommodations. Ibis offers economic rooms that focus on vibrancy and accessibility, while Tribe appeals to those seeking a mid-scale environment with a strong design aesthetic. This duality presents a unique challenge in maintaining a coherent design narrative while distinguishing between the brands’ different market positions.

For the Tribe rooms, Laufen installed the Pro WC Wallhung rimless white toilets. These feature a hygienic design that prevents bacteria accumulation, echoing the brand’s commitment to cleanliness while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.

In the Ibis rooms, the Val washbasin bowls with an undersurface ground demonstrate Laufen’s commitment to both style and functionality. These basins are mounted on washtops, providing ample space for guest toiletries and enhancing the user experience without compromising on style.

The shared public spaces are equipped with Kartell • LAUFEN wallhung toilets and washbasins in a bold matt black, along with the Caprino urinal. This selection is particularly notable for both its stylish design and exceptional functionality, making it suitable for high traffic areas.

Additionally, the Twintronic wall-mounted faucets with IR sensors facilitate water and energy conservation while ensuring a hygienic environment, a key requirement for public and semi-public washrooms. This project not only strengthens Laufen’s partnership with the Accor Group but also reinforces its reputation as a leader in providing comprehensive, stylish, and functional bathroom solutions for hospitality brands. Through innovative design and a keen understanding of client needs, Laufen continues to set standards in hotel bathroom aesthetics and functionality, making it a preferred choice for major hospitality projects worldwide.
