Eddy Tannous joins the firm with over 20 years of experience in hospitality across the Middle East.
Proven track record
Tannous has held senior roles with global brands, and most recently, he served as senior vice president, operations, overseeing the operational performance across Fairmont’s Middle East and Asian properties.
He brings with him a proven track record of delivering success across various facets of hospitality including operations, customer satisfaction, strategic expansion and marketing.
Expanding footprint

Forthcoming additions
Rotana currently operates 72 hotels in the Middle East, Africa, eastern Europe and Türkiye, serving more than 6 million guests per year, including 10,159 keys across 36 hotels in the UAE alone.
Upcoming projects for the Rotana Hotels & Resorts brand include the 504-key Al Manakha Rotana arriving in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia in Q1 2024; the 319-room Luxor Rotana, heading to the historic Egyptian city in Q4 2024; and Rotana Nairobi Upper Hill, bringing 300 keys to the Kenyan capital in Q1 2026.
