Project in focus: Emma & Elissa by Dream Hotel Group, Mexico
This stylish luxury condo-hotel scheme, designed by renowned architect Rodrigo de la Peña, is shaping up to be a rather special addition to Playa del Carmen.
On opening in 2023, the development will provide guests and residents with memorable experiences in one of Mexico’s most coveted beachfront destinations.
Playa del Carmen’s forthcoming lifestyle hub
Embarking on its second project in the Yucatán Peninsula and fifth hotel in Mexico, Dream Hotel Group is bringing its distinct take on luxury lifestyle to the popular resort town of Playa del Carmen. This milestone development is being created in collaboration with Mexico-based developer Aldea Oceana Holdings, a partnership between Grupo Proactivo and Foro Construcciones.
Showcasing Dream Hotel Group’s luxury lifestyle concept, the project comprises 220 guest rooms and suites alongside abundant amenities in a scheme designed by the celebrated Mexican architect Rodrigo de la Peña.
Guests and residents alike will have use of a rooftop infinity pool deck, bar and lounge offering unobstructed views of the Caribbean shoreline, as well as a ground-level pool with mixology bar, sun deck and lounge area. Other notable facilities in the works include a signature restaurant, beachfront cafe, kids club and fitness centre.
A locale to draw inspiration from
Playa del Carmen is located just an hour south of Cancun International Airport on the Yucatán Peninsula. This resort town draws travellers from far and wide to its attractive shores, shopping, dining and entertainment, as well as its exceptional snorkelling and scuba diving.
The new property will be a key part of the By Dream Hotel Group curated collection of independent properties, each showcasing its own unique identity. In line with the collection’s ethos, this condo-hotel will host a curated programme of lifestyle experiences that connect visitors to the locale.
The chic new lifestyle hotel is currently earmarked to make its debut in 2023.
