Noteworthy Hyatt Place hotel projects

Vietnam’s first Hyatt Place has been pencilled in for early 2022. The 200-room Hyatt Place Saigon Phu Nhuan in Ho Chi Minh City will benefit from a central location only two kilometres from Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Facilities will include a café, a grab-and-go food market, a bar, a lobby lounge, an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and two meeting rooms totalling more than 255 sqm.

Over in Florida, Hyatt Place Tampa will share a 17-storey building with a new Hyatt House property. The hotel will offer 230 guest rooms in a convenient location close to the city hall, the Riverwalk, the Tampa Convention Centre and the Florida Aquarium among others. Its in-house amenities will include a signature grab-and-go coffee shop, as well as meeting facilities and retail space.

Last but not least, Hyatt Place Rouen in northern France will offer 78 rooms, meeting spaces for approximately 100 guests, a state-of-the-art gym and a swimming pool. Guests will be able to order à la carte at the onsite restaurant – and the Gallery Market will offer grab-and-go meals and snacks around the clock. The hotel will be developed in a former school building located close to businesses, the railway station and the old city centre.
