The idyllic shores of Grace Bay get their first newbuild resort in over a decade with the launch of Beach Enclave Grace Bay, featuring stunning villas designed by SWA Architects and Domino Creative.

Along the sunny shores of Grace Bay on the island of Providenciales, luxury villa-resort brand and operator Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos has just announced the soft opening of its third offering, with the grand opening to follow in early 2021.

Private indoor-outdoor living

The first newbuild project in more than a decade in Grace Bay, the ten villas, which are ensconced within a ten-acre private gated community, are each perched on their own one-acre patch of land, which includes 100 ft of private beach for the four beachfront villas and an extra 100 ft space set aside exclusively for the six ocean-view villas.

Designed by SWA Architects and interior design firm Domino Creative, the villas – which range between 6,300 and 10,000 sq ft – blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living with generous open spaces and glass sliding doors that lead to private infinity-edge pools, signature outdoor showers, multiple terraces and, beyond that, a lush expanse of verdant, tropical gardens.

The ten villas are anchored by a sprawling one-and-a-half-acre garden, in which there’s an open-air yoga pavilion as well as a Beach Club. There’s also a fitness centre, basketball, tennis and bocce courts, and a kid’s club, while other onsite activities include snorkelling, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and kiteboarding.

Luxury at its best

For those keen to hunker down, all the action can take place in the privacy and comfort of the guests’ villas, including butler service, in-villa spa treatments and a private chef. Moreover, there’s also a ‘Runway to Villa’ service, which allows guests to be ferried straight from their private jet to their villa, courtesy of Provo Air Center FBO.

“Space and privacy are the new luxury,” said Beach Enclave founder and CEO Vasco Borges. “Our unique villa-resort concept caters to discerning travellers who seek a tranquil, secluded sanctuary yet appreciate bespoke services and amenities such as our exclusive runway-to-villa service and our dedicated personal butlers.

“We are eager to welcome our first guests this winter to experience our newest offering, all with the warm hospitality and attentive service that has become synonymous with the Beach Enclave brand.”
