We take a closer look at the details behind an ambitious mixed-use development by Damac Properties in Dubai.

Damac Properties is pressing ahead with creating a major new high-rise scheme in one of the most sought-after locations in the UAE. We find out more.

A force to be reckoned with in Dubai

It can often seem that developments in Dubai constantly outdo each other and surpass what has come before, with the next project always even bigger and better than the last. Well, exactly the same is true of another exciting scheme currently in the works.

This particular complex has a host of names behind it, giving it the lengthy title of NAIA Hotel /Artesia A/ Akoya by Damac. As the name would suggest, the driving force behind the project is Dubai-headquartered real estate developer Damac Properties.

What to expect from Dubai’s latest development

Conveniently located on Al Qudra Road between Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport, the scheme comprises four towers in total.

One of the towers will accommodate a NAIA hotel, while a second will feature Naia Hotel Apartments and offer spacious living with stylish interiors and fully fitted kitchens. The project also includes a gym, swimming pool, and steam and sauna facilities.

According to the TOPHOTELPROJECTS construction database, the scheme is due to open in Q1 2021.
