This new 221-room Hampton by Hilton hotel has been earmarked for a major mixed-use scheme in the Chilean capital’s business district, Nueva Las Condes.

Planned for the fourth quarter of 2021, Hampton by Hilton Santiago Las Condes is another example of Hilton Worldwide’s drive to expand across Latin America.

Introducing the team behind Santiago’s new hotel

Hilton originally announced the signing of this scheme back in August 2017. The project is being undertaken in partnership with the property’s owner, Metro Hotels Development Group, while VIAL AG Architectural Group is behind the design.

This move to grow Hilton’s presence in Santiago fits in with the Virginia-headquartered hospitality company’s focus on introducing new brands to key destinations across Latin America.

The ideal base for business travellers

The new hotel will be a part of a mixed-use complex alongside residential and retail elements. It’s envisaged that Hampton by Hilton Santiago Las Condes will boast 221 spacious guestrooms in total, and offer expansive views over Chile’s largest city.

Each room will incorporate an array of amenities, including complimentary wifi, coffeemakers and HDTVs. Rising up to 16 storeys in height, the hotel will also feature a meeting room with audiovisual technology, a 24-hour business centre and a 16th-floor fitness centre with impressive vistas.

As part of the thriving Las Condes business district, the Hampton by Hilton hotel is expected to provide a convenient base for corporate travellers in particular. Parque Araucano and Manquehue Metro station are also just a short walk away.
