Cycas Hospitality has announced the opening of this Marriott International dual-branded hotel close to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott Paris Charles de Gaulle Central Airport is Marriott’s first dual-branded hotel in France.

A prime location

Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott Paris Charles de Gaulle Central Airport is now accommodating guests just a seven-minute free shuttle ride from Charles de Gaulle Airport’s Terminals 1, 2 and 3, within easy reach of central Paris and a 10-minute drive from Villepinte Convention Centre and Paris-Le Bourget Airport.

The dual-branded hotel was opened under a long-term lease agreement from Groupe ADP. It is the airport specialist’s first hotel and also signifies the first time the company has partnered with Cycas Hospitality.

Luc Vicherd, VP of operations in France at Cycas Hospitality, said: “We are delighted to have opened our first hotels in France with Marriott International and proud to now manage two double-decker hotels on the doorstep of one of Europe’s busiest airports, including Marriott’s very first dual-brand in France.”

“Our experience in the area has shown us that travellers and corporate bookers increasingly welcome more flexible accommodation options. Now, with travel returning to pre-pandemic levels, we are confident this is an ideal time to highlight the benefits of having two different accommodation styles under the same roof and to introduce even more people to the added flexibility serviced apartments offer.”

A versatile hospitality offering

Catering to both business and leisure travellers, and also welcoming guests travelling with pets, the development comprises versatile space across the two properties: the 229-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel and 106-suite Residence Inn aparthotel.

The Courtyard by Marriott hotel encompasses 46 twin rooms among its 229 rooms and the Residence Inn is home to 90 self-contained studios and 16 one-bedroom suites featuring fully equipped kitchens and providing access to self-service laundry.

Shared facilities across the development include the all-day dining Kitchen & Bar, a 24-hour fitness centre and seven meeting rooms. The property has underground parking for up to 50 cars, with four electric charging points.

The last 18 months have seen Cycas Hospitality grow its portfolio to encompass 30 properties across Europe.
