Luxury hospitality firm Atzaró Group has unveiled a new safari destination, set to open in Botswana in April 2024.

The Atzaró Okavango lodge will be nestled in the wilderness of the wildlife-rich Okavango Delta, by the Moremi Game Reserve.

This ultra-luxury adventure camp is the latest venture from Ibiza-based Atzaró Group, and will be located within an expansive 1,100 sq km private concession, providing guests with an exclusive and personalised game viewing experience.

Opulent accommodation

Luxurious accommodation will encompass 12 suites, including two private-use villas, each equipped with plunge pools and their own ‘star beds’ for stargazing. The interiors showcase Atzaró’s signature design, featuring parquet flooring, French mid-century furnishings, crisp linens, eclectic antiques, and artwork.

Every suite will include a private deck overlooking a lagoon and wildlife-filled waterways. All of the accommodation is equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and heating, high-speed wi-fi, en-suite bathrooms, outside bath and shower, and outdoor brass bathtubs.

Five star hospitality

During their stay, guests can access infused cocktails from the Palm Bar, a fine dining restaurant, a fire-lit boma, an African art gallery, a curated art shop, and a wine cellar. The camp’s wellness offering includes a state-of-the-art gym and an indulgent spa and rejuvenation treatments. Private yoga and gym facilities are included as part of the bespoke safari experience, tailored to personal tastes and schedules.

Guests can take part in sommelier-led wine tastings, while the tearoom serves high tea. Cocktails and champagne can be enjoyed around the 20-m-long pool adjacent to a lagoon.
