Two distinct brands, one dynamic location—IHG’s new voco and Hotel Indigo hotels are coming to London’s Waterloo

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a dual-branded hotel complex in central London: voco hotel London – Waterloo and Hotel Indigo & Suites London – Waterloo. A prime location in the heart of London

Located in London’s lively Waterloo district, the hotels offer easy access to major attractions like the Southbank, London Eye, and Houses of Parliament. With the Imperial War Museum also nearby and Waterloo Station just a short walk away, guests are perfectly positioned to explore the city and beyond, with plenty of dining and entertainment options close at hand.

Commenting on this announcement, Ricky Kapoor, Managing Director of Palm Holdings, said, “The voco and Hotel Indigo brands are renowned for their individuality and guest focus. We’re excited to bring both to London—a market where we believe they will thrive. Our goal is to create engaging, locally inspired environments that resonate with modern travelers.”
