Hilton Worldwide’s upscale Tempo by Hilton brand will soon debut in Savannah, Georgia, USA, thanks to a partnership with local developer Noble Investment Group.

Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District has already broken ground, with an anticipated opening in early 2025.

Complementary character

Working collaboratively with the Savannah Historic District Board, the LEED-certified property has been designed to complement the character and heritage of the district.

The lifestyle hotel will feature 148 tech-enabled guestrooms and Peloton suites, the Bluestone Lane café, and Yar, a rooftop bar with views of the Savannah River.

The site is within walking distance of the river, the sites of River Street, and the historic district’s top attractions.

Prime location

Noble senior vice president, Dustin Fisher, commented: “We are thrilled to introduce the Tempo by Hilton, marking the vibrant brand’s debut in Savannah.

“With the hotel’s prime location within the historic district, the Tempo by Hilton brand is an ideal fit for a market that has emerged as a world-class leisure destination.”

American Tempos

Hilton has a packed pipeline of Tempo hotels across the USA, with planned sites stretching from coast to coast.

Upcoming additions include the 161-key Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown, coming to Tennessee’s Music City in Q4 2024; Tempo by Hilton San Diego Downtown Gaslamp Quarter, bringing 317 rooms online in California in Q2 2025; and the 186-key Tempo by Hilton Austin 5th & Lavaca, arriving in Texas in Q1 2026.
