360 brand and design agency Harrison has named Keith Anderson as new global CEO. Company founder Philip Harrison now takes the role of chairman.

This announcement marks a significant change in the senior strategy and leadership team of the 1989-founded Harrison agency.

A new era for the design company

This month, Philip Harrison stepped up following the past 34 years of success to become chairman of the agency. The US based COO, Keith Anderson, then assumed the role of CEO.

Anderson commented: “I am humbled, but confident to take on this role and excited to see what we can achieve. Over the last 20 years, I have been able to learn from working with many successful businesses here in the USA and a great deal from Phillip, and I am committed to build on the great foundations laid out by my fellow directors.”

“Harrison has always been a company that can create and deliver, and we’ve built a great culture and an empowered team with uncompromising commitment to creativity and our strategic full-service approach. Our collective aim is to take these learnings and continue to build the global business to push the boundaries of design within our industry and be a company that our team can be proud to be associated with.”

Harrison added: “My belief in Keith has been delivered on many times over, reaching the position where Harrison is a well-established and respected player in the USA hospitality sector, all achieved in an extraordinarily quick timescale. They do say a good CEO can effectively make themselves redundant, so its job done!”

The evolution of this agency

Anderson joined the design agency in the early 2000s as a graduate interior designer. Since then, he has dedicated his career to the hospitality and entertainment sectors, growing alongside the business and acting as a passionate leader. He was instrumental in launching the Harrison Dallas office in 2013.

Supported by the Harrison board of directors, Anderson will now run and expand on the global business strategy of the company. He will ensure market to market core values are maintained while adapting projects to where they are. Owing to the success found in the USA over the past decade, it was a logical step to have a CEO that was based there.

This is the first of a series of key changes happening at the agency as it evolves into a full-service agency delivering a strategic approach focusing on the guest experience through architecture, interior design and brand identity services.
