Four Seasons announces new Operations Director

Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown has announced a new Director of Operations. 

Four Seasons veteran

Ludovic Cayacy has been appointed to the role and will bring more than 15 years of industry experience within the Four Seasons brand.

In his role, Ludovic will manage operations for the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star 189-room property, nestled in the heart of Tribeca.

Ludovic joins Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown after most recently leading the Commercial division as Commercial Director at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, where he drove creative strategies to maintain the Hotel’s market positioning, led revenue management and increased reservations. 

Previously, he served as the Director of Sales for Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. During his tenure, he was responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with Group, Corporate and Travel Industry clients, while implementing a sales strategy to drive revenue and generate new business for the property.

Prestigious background

Ludovic, a native of Paris, France, holds a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, and Commercial Strategy from IPAG Business School. 

With a strong foundation in luxury fashion, his career includes prestigious roles in both luxury retail and hospitality, working with renowned brands such as Hermès and Louis Vuitton. Earlier in his career, Ludovic served as associate director of groups and events at The Peninsula Hotel in Paris.
