The first certified carbon-neutral resort in Greece, Sani Resort, is set to unveil its new Sani Asterias Beachfront Residential Suites in summer 2024.

These beachfront suites, each fusing inspiration taken from nature with contemporary design, introduce a new residential concept of accommodation to the resort’s Sani Asterias hotel.

New-concept accommodation

In June, Sani Resort will mark the start of a new era for Sani Asterias as it reveals entirely reimagined interiors and exteriors for the hotel this June, in addition to opening up the new beachfront residential suites of this luxury retreat, following a full renovation of the former accommodation.

As the most luxurious accommodation within the most exclusive hotel of Sani Resort, each of these newly designed suites will provide expansive indoor and outdoor space, a private infinity pool, beach access and views over the Aegean, along with a new residential concept.

Sleek modern architecture taking inspiration from the natural stone surroundings are graceful and contemporary in style, with indoor and outdoor spaces that flow into each other. Wine fridges and home cinemas are among the amenities elevating a stay here.

A sustainable stay

Sani Asterias lies within gardens and on the beachfront of Sani’s 1,000-acre eco-reserve, amid unspoilt coastline, verdant pine forest and thriving wetlands.

During a stay, guests can dine on French-inspired haute cuisine at the Over Water Restaurant and indulge in Anne Semonin treatments at the Spa Retreat. More than 40 restaurants and bars are dotted across Sani Resort and experiences are offered at academies including Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre, Bear Grylls Survival Academy and Chelsea FC Football Academy.

As well as becoming the first certified carbon-neutral resort in Greece in 2020, powered by 100% renewable electricity, Sani Resort has a triple zero goal to be zero plastic and zero waste in 2024, with the aim of then becoming zero carbon by 2030. The ecological reserve has 7km of sandy beaches, 20km of forest trails and 270 acres of wetlands.
