It will be developed in conjunction with Redevco, a real estate investment and asset management company, and is set to open to the public by early 2027.
Radisson’s new Parisian venture will be located in the Redevco-owned BPM (Beats Per Minute) development, an iconic and heritage-protected Haussman building which has recently commenced its rehabilitation work.
A unique mixed-use development
The Redevco-owned BPM development spans over eight floors, and covers more than 13,000 sqm. The ground and first floor will provide 3,000 sqm of retail space, while the second to fourth floors will house 4,000 sqm of office space.
Radisson Collection will be located on the fifth to eighth floor of the development, with its rooms and suites boasting unparalleled views of the city.
The hotel will include a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the most famous Parisian landmarks open to the public, and a restaurant on the seventh floor.
The unique development also contains a 12th-century crypt in the basement, which is scheduled to be converted during the renovation and will be open to guests.
Federico J. González, Executive Vice Chairman of Radisson Hotel Group, said the Parisian addition to the group’s portfolio would “not only elevate the Radisson Collection brand globally but also in France,” where the group currently have 23 hotels in operation and under development .

The Radisson Collection Paris will be located on Rue de Rivoli, the busiest street in the city, with an estimated footfall of 15 million people yearly.
Additionally, it will be just 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport and 30 minutes from Paris-Orly Airport. It is also conveniently located next to Metro line 1, the main Parisian line providing direct access to the key attractions such as Champs Elysees, La Defense, Concorde and Bastille.
It will build upon Radisson’s growing Radisson Collection portfolio, which consists of over 65 iconic hotels in operation and under development globally.
Since its launch in 2018, the Radisson Collection brand has developed as a hallmark of iconic hotels in unique locations, representing both famed heritage hotels and new properties.
