Avalon Tower is located close to many of Dubai’s major attractions and transportation links, including the Dubai World Central Airport. The 349-room hotel is situated at the pinnacle of two of Dubai’s primary road arteries, Al Khail Road and Sheik Mohamed Bin Zayed Road.
The 17-storey hotel will contain a range of premium business, dining and leisure facilities including a luxury Club House and rooftop swimming pool.

It’ll also be a stone’s throw from world-class golf courses and the upcoming 400,000 square metre Circle Mall.
Amenities include 24-hour reception, a business lounge, free WiFi, a gymnasium, laundry service, satellite television, a swimming pool, valet parking services and world-class dining facilities.
The four-star development will be overseen by Millennium and Copthorne, one of the world’s largest owner-operator groups. The architectural consultant for the project was Al Hawraa Engineering Consultants.
