Bearing the design signature of Matteo Thun & Partners, the 138-key IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront is Deutsche Hospitality’s first franchised hotel in the region.

IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront boasts an enviable position right on Dubai Creek. We find out more about Deutsche Hospitality’s latest Middle Eastern launch.

Bringing IntercityHotel to Dubai

Together with hotel management company Valor Hospitality Partners, Deutsche Hospitality has successfully opened IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront, with general manager Avlok Singh at the helm. As well as being Deutsche Hospitality’s first franchised hotel in the Middle East, it becomes only the fourth IntercityHotel-branded property across the region, joining existing properties in Oman and Saudi Arabia.

“The Middle East has always been an exciting and ever-growing market,” said Marcus Bernhardt, CEO of Deutsche Hospitality. “We are already operating 19 properties in the region and plan to expand our presence across brands in the future.

“Establishing our first franchised property with such an accomplished partner as Valor Hospitality Partners opens up further opportunities for us in this regard as well.”

An attractive accommodation option in the UAE

Set on the Al Jaddaf Waterfront, this 138-key midscale property boasts a rooftop terrace with a pool, an AquaLounge and a dedicated children’s area. Other noteworthy facilities include a gym, restaurant and lounge.

In common with all of the latest generation IntercityHotel properties around the world, Italian architect and designer Matteo Thun’s signature can be seen throughout IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront’s stylish interiors.
