Hyatt to debut Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts brand in Greece

The boutique, all-inclusive Zoëtry Halkidiki is expected to be the second property under Hyatt’s Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts brand.

This wellness brand is a part of the Inclusive Collection – a global portfolio of distinct, luxury all-inclusive resort brands that’s a part of World of Hyatt.

Brand debut in Greece

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the signing of a management agreement between a Hyatt affiliate and AF Partners to bring the Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts brand to Greece. The luxury Zoëtry Halkidiki resort is expected to open mid 2024.

“We are thrilled to announce plans for the thoughtful expansion of the Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts brand into Greece, a market that is ripe with opportunity for the personalized all-inclusive experience the brand is known for,” said Javier Coll, group president, global business development & innovation, Inclusive Collection, Hyatt.

“The European market offers incredible potential for the Inclusive Collection portfolio, given the many established and emerging destinations that are well suited for our brands. As we continue to grow our brand footprint across Europe, we are eager to showcase our elevated offerings to new and existing guests, World of Hyatt members, customers, and developers.”

A beachfront retreat

The new resort will be set on a cliffside with views taking in Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea. A lift will transport guests from the resort down to the beach.

This beachfront hideaway will be home to 105 rooms and suites, including swim-out options, along with elevated amenities including two gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, three bars and lounges, a beachfront pool, gym and Zoëtry spa.

The brand’s Endless Privileges concept will afford guests signature services like no check-in or check-out times, 24-hour concierge and cultural enrichment activities, as well as gourmet cuisine and unlimited top-shelf spirits included within its all-inclusive offering.

Commenting on the news, Carlos Paredes, director of development, EAME, Inclusive Collection, Hyatt, said: “As Greece’s tourism industry rebounds, we are seeing increased demand for all-inclusive resort experiences both from guests and from developers who understand the appeal and opportunities of the Inclusive Collection’s brand promise.”

“We are pleased by these plans to expand the Zoetry brand’s footprint with AF Partners, an expert in strategic development in the region.”
