Frasers Hospitality has announced the opening of its third Fraser Suites property in Bahrain, Fraser Suites Al Liwan Bahrain in the area of Al Hamala.

The property is a part of the mixed-use Al Liwan development by Seef Properties, which is a new entertainment district offering direct access to the Al Liwan Mall.

A strategic location

The February-opened Fraser Suites Al Liwan Bahrain provides a new place to stay in the Al Hamala suburban area of the northwestern region on the main island. Here, guests will have access to an array of modern amenities as well as close proximity to Dumistan Beach, Sakhir Desert and the town of Zallaq, as well as UNESCO World Heritage Dilmun Burial Mounds.

With its location in the Al Liwan development, an array of restaurants, retail, family entertainment, and recreational facilities are within steps of the hotel.

On the opening, Mark Chan, Chief Operating Officer of Frasers Hospitality, commented: “The opening of Fraser Suites Al Liwan Bahrain signifies yet another pivotal milestone for Frasers Hospitality in the Middle East.”

“We are immensely honoured by Seef Properties’ trust in our operating expertise as we propel our expansion in this dynamic region. With this addition, our portfolio of Fraser Suites will encompass 23 operating properties worldwide, with 15 strategically located across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.”

A home away from home

The premium property features 63 thoughtfully designed apartment suites providing luxury accommodation for both business and leisure travellers seeking a home-away-from-home experience.

This accommodation, including one, two and three-bedroom options, comes with in-suite dining facilities but guests can also make the most of the L’una breakfast buffet and the property’s lobby café, N’ovetto, managed by award-winning chef Susy Massetti. As well as breakfasts, N’ovetto offers the cakes and pastries of Massetti’s Al Liwan bakery.

On this new hotel offering, Chan commented: “Fraser Suites Al Liwan Bahrain is a reflection of our commitment to offering premium extended-stay experiences that complement the busy lifestyles of our guests. The latest addition enhances the Al Liwan mixed-use development and plays a vital role to the ongoing transformation of Hamala into a preferred lifestyle and residential destination.”

Ahmed Yusuf, CEO of Seef Properties, said: “The opening of this new property with Frasers Hospitality is another step towards our shared goal of creating integrated lifestyle landmarks across the region. This development will provide the finest hospitality and retail services in the Northern Governorate.”
