The property is set to open in early 2026 and will offer a range of accommodations on the tip of a private peninsula in Bodrum known as Cennet Bay.
There will be 84 rooms and suites on the property alongside a residential community comprising 100 Bvlgari Mansions.
Bvlgari Bodrum will span across over ten hectares of terraced gardens and will be designed by Italian architectural firm ACPV Architects.
The firm has designed all Bvlgari Hotels properties, and lead architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel will bring a focus on sustainability to the Bodrum property.
Part of the project will involve bringing new vegetation to the region, and landscape architect Randle Siddeley has been enlisted for the project.
The hotel is owned and developed by Cengiz Holding Group and will be operated by Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts – a joint venture between Marriott International and Bvlgari.
Mehmet Cengiz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cengiz Holding, said in his statement: “As one of the leading investors of first-class projects across Turkey, we are committed to improving the economic prosperity of our country and revealing the high potential of our nation in leading sectors such as tourism.
“By adopting the best sustainability practices at full speed, we will apply the most advanced technologies with the highest quality to preserve the natural beauty of the region and promote Bodrum as the leading tourism destination of the entire Mediterranean Region.”
