The luxury property will come with exciting social areas including a fine dining restaurant and Skybar with views over the Bay of Naples.
Drawing on the locale
On opening this spring, Ara Maris will host guests in 49 luxurious guest rooms and shared space including a relaxation area and swimming pool, a gastronomic venue and top-floor cocktail bar.
Fulvio Gaglione, general manager of the hotel, says he aims to provide “an extraordinary journey exceeding guests’ expectations” at the property, which is affiliated with Preferred Hotels & Resorts. “We are planning an experience for guests that will transport their senses on an extraordinary journey, exceeding their expectations,” he said.
“We are not content to be just another luxury property in the city, we are building strategic partnerships to make the Ara Maris emerge as a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. We want to create an environment that captures the essence of the coast: the sea view and local flavours. It will be an experience that will engage all the senses.”
A connection with Sorrento
The property has been designed by the architectural firm Spagnulo to reflect the essence of Sorrento.
Highlights of the facilities offered here will include a serene relaxation area with swimming pool and solarium, the panoramic Skybar encompassing a cocktail bar and lounge area overlooking the sea, and The Bistrot fine dining restaurant showcasing local flavours.
The Ara Maris will adopt various eco-friendly measures, such as the use of solar panels and zero-kilometre products, and excursions will introduce guests to the surrounding area.
