The deal with construction and investment company JSC Dallmark Ltd will see the Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts brand landing in Dushanbe in 2028.
Capital newbuilding
The new premium Swissôtel Dushanbe will offer traditional Swiss hospitality combined with local charm, refined gastronomy and wellness experiences.
Located in a spacious area in the heart of Tajikistan’s capital, the hotel will occupy an 18-floor newbuilding, offering guests 243 spacious and comfortable rooms, including a presidential suite and apartments equipped with facilities for long stays.
Abundant amenities
The hotel will offer a range of amenities including a spa and a modern fitness centre, as well as a convertible indoor swimming pool with a terrace and sunbeds.
The infrastructure will feature two restaurants, a Swiss café, a rooftop cocktail bar and a lounge with a cigar club on the top floor. Several spacious conference rooms and a ballroom will be provided for corporate and social events. Guests can also access two-storey underground parking.
Landmark project
