Shaking up Miami’s hospitality scene
AC Hotel Miami Dadeland – the result of a collaboration between hotel giant Marriott, real estate investment trust Simon and hotel development and management company Concord Hospitality Enterprises – has opened its doors on a prominent corner plot in one of Florida’s largest cities. The 170-key hotel offers a convenient base for guests to explore Dadeland Mall, Miami’s much-loved shopping destination.
Adriana Vellojin, general manager of AC Hotel Miami Dadeland, said: “We are thrilled to introduce this elevated property to guests and locals alike in the heart of south Miami. With direct access to Dadeland Mall, our guests can expect a fashionable stay complemented by our top-tier, European-inspired hospitality and engaging guest experiences.”
Dailen Rodriguez, general manager of Dadeland Mall, added: “The hotel is a perfect complement to Dadeland Mall’s outstanding retail and dining offerings. With millions of domestic and international visitors coming to the property annually, adding a hotel with global appeal is the perfect next step in the evolution of this iconic property.”
European style and grace in Miami
AC Hotel Miami Dadeland brings a touch of European flair to this important Floridian city.
Its spacious guestrooms have been filled with flourishes reminiscent of Europe, while the AC Kitchen serves up freshly baked croissants and prosciutto for breakfast. Moreover, the AC Lounge serves up specialty cocktails and Spanish tapas every evening, and the rooftop has a pool, full-service bar and cabanas.
There’s also a state-of-the-art fitness centre onsite, featuring Peloton equipment, as well as 3,600 sq ft of flexible meeting and event space across five rooms.
