Luxury Family Hotels has today announced that Woolley Grange, its cherished Jacobean manor house near the picturesque city of Bath, has closed temporarily for a significant full renovation of its rooms, common areas, restaurants, and gardens. The hotel will begin a phased reopening from early October 2025.

StudioJill leads the full-property renovation of Woolley Grange, building on their work with Luxury Family Hotels properties such as Fowey Hall, Moonfleet Manor, and New Park Manor. Their design approach is rooted in a “new yet nostalgic” concept—honoring the hotel’s historic charm while introducing modern textures, craftsmanship, and playful luxury.
