The Frankfurt-headquartered hotel group has launched a Steigenberger-branded resort in Egypt geared towards travellers seeking relaxing beach holidays.

An impressive hospitality scheme has landed on the banks of the Red Sea.

Elegance in Egypt

A new venture from Deutsche Hospitality has opened its doors in Madinat Coraya, an increasingly popular tourism destination near the Red Sea, just 5 km from Marsa Alam International Airport. Steigenberger Resort Alaya is a chic five-star property led by hotel manager Ayman Saadand.

“The Steigenberger Resort Alaya is excellently situated and enables us to add a modern and luxurious hotel to our portfolio,” said Marcus Bernhardt, CEO of Deutsche Hospitality. “This resort is the perfect destination for guests who are seeking a relaxing beach holiday which meets the highest standards. Egypt is a very important market for us, and we are delighted to be opening the 16th Steigenberger hotel in the country.”

Luxury by the Red Sea

The development, which boasts 290 sophisticated rooms, combines traditional architecture with contemporary flair. It also features attractive manicured gardens that guests can explore at their own pace.

There are five onsite restaurants here, including Sultana Main Restaurant, plus a lobby bar with terrace and a pool bar. Meanwhile, fitness buffs can keep active on the go at the property’s state-of-the-art gym and expansive spa.
