Quorum Hospitality has officially expanded its portfolio with the addition of three iconic boutique properties in Palm Springs, California: La Serena Villas, Del Marcos Hotel, and The Three Fifty Hotel. Effective as of May 1, 2025, Quorum now manages the operations of these hotels, bringing its performance-driven, people-first approach to each.
Quorum’s expansion reflects its focus on the high-demand lifestyle and boutique segments. The company aims to enhance operations, market positioning, and guest experience through upgraded service, targeted revenue strategies, and refreshed culinary offerings.
Boutique style meets operational precision
Each of the newly managed properties brings its own design pedigree and unique story to the Palm Springs hotel market:
- La Serena Villas: A luxury retreat built in 1933, featuring 18 private villas with outdoor tubs, fireplaces, and refined interiors. Home to Azúcar, a rooftop restaurant and bar offering award-winning cocktails, modern cuisine, and standout views.
- Del Marcos Hotel: A 17-room boutique hotel designed in 1947 by mid-century architect William F. Cody. Celebrated for its architectural integrity and charm.
- The Three Fifty Hotel: A 10-room mid-century property by Herbert W. Burns, featuring bold colors, clean lines, and a peaceful pool courtyard.
