H-Hotels receives three quality seals in 2019

H-Hotels.com receives the quality seal for Digital-Champion, Product-Champion and Price-Champion in a 2019 industry survey

The market research company ServiceValue and DIE WELT used three customer surveys to determine the “Digital, Product and Price Champions 2019”.

In the “Middle-Class Hotels” segment, the industry winner H-Hotels.com was the customers’ favourite in three surveys. H-Hotels.com was also voted to the top spot of the “Digital-Champion 2019” survey in all hotel segments.

Making digitisation about the customer

ServiceValue and DIE WELT put 1,421 providers from 144 industries to the test to see if they used increasing digitization to offer end users real utility and entertainment value.

Interactivity on the website, useful apps and a social media presence are indicators of the so-called “Digital Experience Score (DES)”. This provides information about each company’s digital customer proximity.

Andreas von Reitzenstein, CCO of H-Hotels AG, says about the “Digital-Champion 2019” award: “As a digital industry leader, we are taking advantage of the new technological possibilities to make selecting and booking a hotel much easier and convenient. I am delighted our customers are so happy with our new digital services.”

In another study, ServiceValue and DIE WELT determined the “Product-Champions 2019”. More than 20,000 consumers were surveyed about over 2,300 companies from 207 industries.

As a result, H-Hotels.com received with the gold medal in the “Product-Champion 2019” category. In the “Hotels – Middle Class” category, the hotel group occupies the top spot. Mercure and Best Western complete the top 3.

On a winning streak

Only in April, H-Hotels AG was also named “Prize-Champion 2019” and received the gold medal in the “Middle-Class Hotels” category.

“The awards confirm that we really delight our customers with our entire offering,” said Alexander Fitz, CEO of H-Hotels AG. “Our guests value not only our price-performance ratio, but also our hotels’ concepts.”
