Trends Point is delighted to announce a new partnership with Hudevad Furniture, a leading Danish family-owned furniture company, producing high-quality designer furniture for contract and hospitality.

Made in Denmark

Founded by Erik Jørgensen in 1967, Hudevad‘s mission is to pass on the proud Danish tradition of producing high-quality designer furniture so that the world can continue to have authentic Danish design in the future.

Hudevad prides itself on producing locally – all wooden furniture parts are made in the company’s own factory and all other components, such as frames, standard plastic parts, wrapping and packaging, are being produced locally by Danish sub-suppliers.

Local Danish production gives Hudevad several advantages in terms of quality and the environment. Apart from having to comply with some of the strictest environmental standards in the world – which is reflected in the environmental compatibility of Hudevad’s products – manufacturing in Denmark also ensures very constant quality, as the company has a clear overview of the production processes. In addition, local production and procurement offer Hudevad a high degree of flexibility in order to be able to quickly meet customer requirements for individually tailored solutions.

Design

Hudevad’s product portfolio comprises designs by Erik Jørgensen, Susanne Grønlund and innovative Danish design by, among others, the young design duo mencke&vagnby, who have shown that contemporary Danish design can also be state-of-the-art without compromising functionality and simplicity.
