The historic Nestor Hotel in Neckarsulm has been repositioned under the ibis Styles brand of the Accor Group. Property owner Art-Invest Real Estate and operator The Chocolate on the Pillow Group entrusted Brumann with both the development of the interior design and the comprehensive modernization and rebranding of the hotel, carried out as general contractor during ongoing operations.
On behalf of the German multi-brand hotel operator The Chocolate on the Pillow Group and Accor, one of the leading players in the international hotel industry, BRUMANN, as a renowned interior designer and general contractor, took on the conversion and rebranding of the Mercure Zurich City Hotel in October 2024. The work on the 319 guest rooms and the public areas of the hotel was carried out in accordance with the strict Mercure brand guidelines and was carried out during ongoing operations in order to continue to provide guests with a first-class stay.
In cooperation with Marriott International, The Chocolate on the Pillow Group is bringing the Four Point Flex by Sheraton Bochum, the first hotel of this new conversion brand, to Germany. For the rebranding of the previous GHOTEL hotel & living location, BRUMANN was commissioned as interior designer and general contractor for the interior fit-out.

As part of the comprehensive modernisation of the traditional Intercontinental Hotel, Brumann was also commissioned to renovate the historic “Marlene Bar”, including the restaurant, as the general contractor for the interior fit-out and furnishings. Based on a design by London-based Goddard Littlefair, the bar has once again become a well-known meeting place in Berlin’s nightlife scene.
More than a successful face-lift for the GHotel hotel & living in Würzburg. Interior design and general contractor fit-out from a single source. After a 12-month project phase, all 204 rooms / suites and all public areas and conference rooms on 17 floors were modernised on schedule in March 2024 and handed over to the operating company Chocolate on the Pillow.
