First Tribe Hotel in Germany

A premiere for the hotel industry in Germany. The lifestyle brand Ennismore opened its first hotel in Baden-Baden under the Tribe brand in 2023. The interior design and storytelling were developed by Studio Aisslinger (Berlin). The five-storey hotel has 136 rooms, which are operated by the Chocolate on the Pillow Group.

The hotel is located in the shadow of the famous Caracalla Themes in the spa district and is centrally located, just a 4-minute walk from the historic city centre. The building has a gross floor area of 6000 m2 and is enclosed by a shell of light yellow natural stone façade with floor-to-ceiling windows. A terrace and underground car park round off the new building.

As general contractor for the interior fit-out of the hotel (FF&E), Brumann realised the model room, all hotel rooms as well as the public areas with social hub, the barista coffee bar, the lounge and the self-check-in – including work and execution planning. A mix of colours, furniture and patterns creates a colourful design ambience that lacks any uniformity.
