On 15 and 16 September, high-calibre industry hub Swiss Hospitality Investment Club will be serving up exclusive insights into the latest developments on the hospitality sector and looking at the trends currently defining the investment market, while also providing an unparalleled platform for networking.

Zurich, 25 June 2022. The inside line on new concepts before everyone else, the power of genuine connections and the chance to talk to established experts about all the latest challenges and opportunities: over the course of two days, an exclusive industry event will play out in the heart of Zurich – the Swiss Hospitality Investment Club. An innovative successor to the Hospitality Summit in Zurich, the get-together in early autumn 2022 promises to bring a wealth of expertise and industry experience to the table. Four strong partners are behind the new format. Together, hospitality connect, Claus Jacobs Networks, Bratschi and Monoplan make a formidable organisational team.

Trailblazing think-tank

The rapid pace of development on the market over the past two challenging years has taught us one thing: the key to the future of hospitality is predicated on innovative ideas and concepts. And for precisely this reason, the event will cover the full spectrum: from student housing to conventional hotels and senior living concepts. While global developments set the tone, the focus is on the DACH region and the Swiss real estate landscape. Forward-looking investment case studies provide exclusive insights and show which projects are already being implemented in today’s world.

Famous far beyond the Swiss borders, the venue – Kaufleuten, a trendy and versatile event hotspot right in the heart of Zurich’s old town – will provide the perfect setting for the networking highlight. In addition to compelling keynotes, participants can look forward to a series of live talks and interactive discussions, as well as socials that set a whole new standard. Between knowledge transfer on global megatrends and current challenges, enough time will be set aside for in-person exchange and relaxed networking in a laid-back atmosphere.

Around 30 speakers will engage with the who’s who of the hotel industry about the latest insights and trends that highlight the path towards a future that is sustainable on a number of different levels. This year’s keynotes include leading lights such as Jan Garde (CEO & Founder, The Embassies), Katharina Aguilar (Co-Founder & Managing Director, 7places), Frank Marrenbach (CEO, Althoff Hotels), Mark Arnall (F1 Performance Coach), Thomas Emanuel (Director, STR) and Marc Pointet (CEO, Ina Invest (Holding) AG). And because learning from the best of the best is so effective, we have also reached out to a number of other high-profile industry figures – we’ll keep you posted over the next few weeks. What we can confirm is that participants at the Swiss Hospitality Investment Club can look forward to an event that is in a class of its own when it comes to expertise and networking potential.
