Aparthotel operator Staycity has launched a 269-key scheme near Frankfurt Airport, meaning it now has three sites up and running in Europe’s largest economy.

The latest outpost of the Staycity brand benefits from a convenient location close to Terminal 2, as well as strong transport links to the city centre.

Staycity takes off in Frankfurt

Dublin-headquartered aparthotel operator Staycity is celebrating the opening of its third property in Germany. Following in the footsteps of the 48-apartment Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity Berlin Checkpoint Charlie, which opened in 2019, and Staycity Aparthotels Heidelberg, which launched in 2021, comes Staycity Aparthotels Frankfurt Airport.

It represents the latest addition to Staycity’s portfolio, which now spans 30 properties in 14 locations across Europe. Further openings are planned in Dublin, Paris and London this year, with the company aiming to operate 5,500 apartments throughout Ireland, the UK, France, Germany and Italy by the end of 2022.

A modern offering

The Frankfurt Airport property gives guests easy access to Terminal 2 only a seven-minute walk away, while the Gateway Gardens business village is also nearby. Visitors wishing to explore the city, meanwhile, can take advantage of regular transport connections, allowing them to discover a variety of museums, historic buildings, and a lively artistic and cultural scene.

All of the property’s 269 apartments are fully equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes, and a designated seating / dining area. Other noteworthy facilities onsite include a guest lounge, gym, grab-and-go pantry, car park, laundry room, Staycafé F&B outlet and 24-hour reception.
