The luxury resort and residential complex, showcasing the talents of Kobi Karp, Tara Bernerd, Martin Brudnizki and Fernando Wong, has won our Project of the Week title.
This ambitious development looks set to become one of the Sunshine State’s most sought-after addresses.
An oceanfront design destination
Currently under construction, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale is making good progress on Florida’s east coast. This exciting scheme represents the third collaboration between Four Seasons and developer Fort Partners.
The 22-storey oceanfront site promises to combine luxury amenities with exceptional Four Seasons service for those staying in its 148 guestrooms, spanning the fourth to 11th floors, and private residences.
Led by Fort Partners founder Nadim Ashi and principal Ramzi Achi, the development is being shaped by an internationally acclaimed design team. Kobi Karp is leading the architectural design and London-based Tara Bernerd is responsible for the interior architecture and design. Meanwhile, Martin Brudnizki has designed the property’s restaurants, lounges and pool areas, and the landscape design comes courtesy of Fernando Wong.
Fort Lauderdale’s latest oceanfront terrace
A highlight of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale will undoubtedly be its third-floor oceanfront terrace with dual pool experiences and luxury cabanas, as well as its signature all-day indoor-outdoor restaurant with pool bar, lounge and ocean-view café. There’ll also be a Four Seasons Spa, fitness centre and Kids for All Seasons programme.
Prior to this development, Four Seasons and Fort Partners partnered on Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club. Homeowners of Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale will have special access to these properties.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale is expected to reach completion in the first quarter of 2022.
