Conrad’s highly anticipated resort is expected to open late 2022, adding another luxury property to Hilton Worldwide’s ever-growing presence in the UAE.

Conrad Marjan Island Resort will be located on Treasure Island, one of the five man-made islands making up the cluster of Marjan Islands to the west of Ras Al Khaimah.

Spectacular island design

A five-star resort promising to combine a beachfront location with contemporary design, Conrad Marjan Island is already garnering global interest. Created by developer Al Ali Construction & Development and architectural firm JT+Partners, the resort will boast the exquisite exteriors, interiors and curated art that Conrad is renowned for showcasing.

“The unique, contemporary design of this property will offer a familiar retreat to Conrad guests, while its locale will invite travellers to experience local art, culture and innovation,” said Martin Rinck, executive vice president and global head, luxury and lifestyle group, Hilton, on announcing the resort’s signing in 2018.

“I am delighted to continue to grow our partnership with Hilton through the signing of Conrad Marjan Island Resort,” added Mohamed Ahmed Ruqait Ali Hassan Ruqait Al-Ali, owner of MR Properties. “Conrad is a leading brand globally and we are delighted to be bringing the brand to Ras Al Khaimah for the first time.”

The Conrad experience

Overall, the resort will incorporate 120 guest rooms, including beach and over-water villas, along with world-class facilities such as a fitness centre, salon, spa, outdoor pool, tennis courts and kids’ club. Its dining options will encompass two signature restaurants, a pool bar and a beach club.

Properties within Conrad’s steadily expanding collection are designed to create a seamless connection between contemporary design, innovation and art. As well as fitting into the portfolio aesthetically, Conrad Marjan Island also promises to embody the group’s distinctive service style, which aims to be natural, anticipatory and enhanced by innovation, allowing guests to personalise every part of their experience.

A stay here will introduce guests to Ras Al Khaimah’s historic sites and pristine beaches, along with memorable adventure attractions like the world’s longest zipline.
