Ireland-headquartered Dalata Hotel Group is expanding its presence in Scotland with the acquisition of a development site at 28 St Andrew’s Square, Edinburgh.
Dalata Hotel Group intends to expand further into Europe off the back of a strong first half of 2022.
Main contractor Russell WBHO has handed over the scheme, which features the work of Stephenson Hamilton Risley Studio and Leach Rhodes Walker, to Dalata Hotel Group.
