For TECE, sustainability means fair and sustainable management in harmony with the environment and society.
In order to document and make transparent its strategy and progress in this field, the company has published the Sustainability Report 2021.
It can be viewed on the TECE website. In order to implement and regularly adjust its sustainability strategy throughout the TECE Group, a Sustainability Council has been established, among them decision-makers and technical experts from all areas of the company.
TECE thereby ensures that the environmental impact of all processes along the value chain are designed in terms of effective material flow management. In addition, the company focuses on healthy and recyclable products, assumes social responsibility for its employees and commits to acting with integrity and fairness towards all its stakeholders.
TECE Managing Director Hans-Joachim Sahlmann: “With our sustainability report and its organisational implementation, we incorporated fair and sustainable business practices into our statutes. It is the basis for the necessary changes in our entire value chain, which we are now tackling together and in a consistent way with our customers and partners.”
