Independent developer Kerzner International has announced the signing of two new SIRO hotels, following hot on the heels of the successful launch of the inaugural hotel under the brand.

A big step ahead for SIRO

The two new signings are located in the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh, and the popular holiday destination of Los Cabos in Mexico.

The properties will join a growing portfolio of SIRO-branded hotels from the leading hospitality operator, including SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai, and forthcoming SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro, which is set to open in the latter stages of 2024.

The Los Cabos hotel, to be named SIRO Palmilla, is set to open in 2027. The property will be developed by Fortem Capital, and consists of 120 keys and a cluster of SIRO branded residences, of which 14 will be standalone villas.

The SIRO site will form part of a new masterplan luxury development, known as Palmilla Reserve, which will include the Kerzner-owned One&Only Palmilla.

The Ridayh addition to the SIRO portfolio is set to open in 2028 and will be developed by 80 Real Estate Company.

Located in the city’s prestigious business and residential district of Olaya, SIRO Olaya Riyadh will feature 200 guestrooms, alongside comprehensive fitness and recovery facilities.

SIRO Olaya Riyadh is a 30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport and easily accessible by other modes of transport from within the city.

Taking health and wellness to the next level

The SIRO brand is a health focused hospitality concept which combines fitness and recovery experiences for guests in a luxury setting.

The hotel is aimed at a wide variety of health enthusiasts, from committed athletes, to health-conscious frequent travellers, to lifestyle change seekers starting out on a fitness or recovery journey.

All SIRO hotels feature a well-equipped fitness club, treatment rooms, tech-powered accommodation and nutrition-led dining facilities.

“SIRO encapsulates the dynamic spirit of innovation that has been at the heart of Kerzner’s culture for over 30 years of disrupting the hospitality sector.” commented Philippe Zuber, Chief Executive Officer of Kerzner International

“In February 2024, we started welcoming our first guests to SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai. The response from them has been phenomenal and provides a fantastic foundation for growth as we work closely with our partners to grow the pipeline of new SIRO properties around the world.”

Kerzner International is best known for its portfolio of luxury and ultra-luxury resorts across the Atlantis, One&Only and Rare Finds brands.

The hospitality operator’s flagship brand, Atlantis, includes Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, a 1,500-room, water-themed resort on The Palm, overlooking the Arabian Sea and mainland Dubai.
