The latest Zleep Hotel is now welcoming guests in Lyngby, boasting 78 rooms plus 34 apartments designed for longer stays and business travellers.
Based just 500 metres from the Technical University of Denmark and within easy reach of the country’s capital, Zleep Hotel Lyngby looks set to appeal to a variety of travellers. We take a closer look at this exciting new property.
Bright and spacious rooms in a Scandinavian style
As well as 78 regular guest rooms, the property includes 34 apartments, a first for the Zleep brand, which are 50% bigger than a standard room. These apartments include a kitchenette for guests to cook their own meals, making them ideal for extended visits. All rooms throughout the building are bright and spacious too, utilising Scandinavian design features common to the Zleep brand.
Peter Haaber, CEO of Zleep Hotels, said: “Zleep Living is based on the Zleep values of quality, service and design. This concept will fire the enthusiasm of future guests by providing the ideal conditions for a longer-term stay.
“Lyngby is the perfect place to launch a concept such as Zleep Living. The town is home to many specialist workers and project staff. Thanks to the fabulous infrastructure which is in place, the hotel provides a convenient option for business travellers visiting Copenhagen and the surrounding area.”
Welcoming communal facilities in Lyngby
The scheme includes a large communal space, which has a lounge and bar, plus a Scandinavian-styled reception and breakfast area. Parking is free, with both public transport links and Lyngby town centre in close proximity. The hotel basement also contains a branch of Fitness World, a Danish gym chain, for visitors who wish to keep fit during their stay.
The Zleep Hotels chain was founded in 2003 and acquired by Deutsche Hospitality in 2019.
