Boasting 515 guestrooms and beach-inspired interiors, Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is a striking addition to the country’s hospitality scene.

Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island is the latest in a string of huge hotel projects to complete across the Middle East this year.

Hampton by Hilton heads to the beach

Sun, sea and sand are in store for guests of the newly opened Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island, the brand’s first hotel in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The biggest Hampton by Hilton property in the world – with 515 rooms, of which half are interconnected – the UAE’s newest hotel sits on 750 m of pristine beach.

The scheme’s interiors are inspired by the beach, and guests will find maritime- and sea-themed elements peppered throughout.

“We are pleased to debut Hampton by Hilton in Ras Al Khaimah and our team members are looking forward to welcoming guests with warm and friendly hospitality for a fun-filled stay,” said Jochem-Jan Sleiffer, president for Middle East, Africa and Turkey at Hilton. “Ras Al Khaimah attracts visitors for many different types of leisure trip, from adventure to culture to sun and beach.

“With 800,000+ visitors arriving in the emirate in 2020, this latest addition to our portfolio of six hotels already welcoming guests in RAK will no doubt attract more travellers to the northern Emirate from both the UAE and beyond.”

What’s on offer at Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island

Easily accessed from Dubai International Airport, the property is also situated within convenient reach of Ras Al Khaimah city centre, Al Hamra Mall, Al Hamra Golf Club and Jebal Jais, the UAE’s highest peak. There are a number of F&B options onsite, including Flavors, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant; the Surfs Up food truck; the H2O pool bar and The View lobby café. The hotel is also connected to two à la carte restaurants, Claw BBQ and the upcoming Karma Cafe.

In addition, Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island features a wellness centre with seven treatment rooms, an infinity pool and a fully equipped gym.

“With its rich history, culture and natural attractions, Ras Al Khaimah is a great addition to our global portfolio of nearly 2,700 Hampton by Hilton destinations,” said Shruti Gandhi Buckley, global head of Hampton by Hilton. “Universally recognised as a guest favourite, we are pleased to unveil Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island, bringing the brand’s signature service and best-in-class amenities to the emirate, all backed by the 100% Hampton Guarantee.”
