Marriott International is bringing a 246-key Westin outpost to Flushing, Queens in spring 2025, with the debut of The Westin Flushing LaGuardia Airport.

Further development for Flushing

The property is being developed by Century Development Group, the firm behind Flushing’s recent Four Points by Sheraton project.

The 13-storey property is centrally located in the major residential and commercial hub of Flushing and is just minutes from LaGuardia Airport.

The Westin Flushing LaGuardia Airport’s 246 guestrooms include 148 king rooms, 79 doubles, 14 queens, and 5 suites.

Functional features

Several rooms feature private balconies with city views, and all rooms contain triple-pane windows to conserve energy and decrease noise from the streets.

Rooms also contain dedicated workspaces, complimentary Wi-Fi and signature Westin bedding.

Common spaces include a 16-foot-high ceiling in the lobby, a green biophilic wall, and Westin’s signature White Tea scent throughout the shared spaces.
