Mercure Phnom Penh Beung Keng Kong 1

Accor signed its first Mercure property in Cambodia in the country’s capital, Phnom Penh. The 200-room Mercure Phnom Penh Beung Keng Kong 1 is set to open in 2027, joining the group’s pipeline of four hotels across the country.
The hotel will offer a restaurant, a bar, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a spa, as well as a range of meeting and events facilities.
The forthcoming property will be located in the city’s Beung Keng Kong district, a vibrant neighbourhood featuring restaurants, bars, shops and international schools, in close proximity to the Independence Monument, Central Market, Royal Palace and National Museum.
Faena The Red Sea
Faena The Red Sea will be situated on the southern side of hub island, Shura in Saudi Arabia, known as Coral Bloom because of the designs taking inspiration from the thriving coral reefs found in the region.
Each of its 150 suites and villas feature a private pool and ocean views, while an 84 sq m Executive Suite is designed as a sanctuary for guests to unwind and recharge in nature. The accommodation also features seven villas, including six three-bedroom Presidential Pool Villas and a four-bedroom Royal Pool Villa.
Amenities will encompass six food and beverage offerings, Tierra Santa Healing House holistic therapy centre and South American-inspired spa, and a live entertainment centre called The Living Room.
Mitsis Boutique Hotel Sarti
Mitsis Hotels Group, the largest privately owned hotel chain in Greece, signed a 20-year property management agreement with Happy Holidays SA for a new luxury five star hotel resort in Halkidiki. The new hotel unit is situated in Sarti, a coastal area on the eastern side of Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki and its total capacity accounts for 150 rooms offering sea views.
Expected to be completed and ready to open its doors in 2025, the resort will comprise a 52-room five star boutique hotel, which will include an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, small private pools and sharing pools, a conference centre for 150 people as well as a wellness and spa centre with a gym; and a five star 98-key all-suites hotel which will include an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, small private pools and sharing pools, a thalassotherapy centre and a gym.
Onsite will also be a food and beverage and retail square, comprising an à la carte restaurant, a traditional Greek tavern, clothing- footwear- and equipment stores, a mini market and an activity area for children.
