The New Exhibition & Convention Center is the largest exhibition and event center in the Arab world. Spanning an area of 150,000 square meters, it hosts a diverse range of trade fairs and events in the region. 2F developed a lighting concept for the facade, incorporating three integrated LED screens, each measuring 26×10 meters. The entire system is controlled via Casambi, providing exceptional flexibility in programming and management. The client was the Ministry of Tourism in Bahrain, with architects Tilke and Partners in Aachen. With a contract value of 5 million euros, the project was successfully completed in 2023.
