Luxury hospitality firm, The Loren Group Holdings, is bringing its five star expertise to the Turks & Caicos Islands with a development featuring a hotel and branded residences.

The Loren at Turtle Cove on Providenciales will comprise a complex of a 34-room hotel, six beachfront villas and 25 condominium units, located on a private cove with a marina.

Historic location

The site of The Loren is the location of Providenciales’ first hotel, the Third Turtle Inn, which operated from 1969 until 1989. The new five star project will welcome its first guests and residents in Q3 2026.

Visitors will be able to choose from suites ranging from one- to five- bedroom options. Starting at 600 sq ft, all suites have sweeping views of the ocean or the marina from private patio spaces, oversized bathrooms stocked with Malin+Goetz toiletries, and Sferra linens cover the beds.

Comprehensive cuisine

Positioned facing west, the restaurant at The Loren at Turtle Cove will provide for prime ocean and sunset viewing from its waterfront location. The menu will feature gourmet dishes and the finest local ingredients available.

In addition to the restaurant, the resort will encompass a pool bar, lobby bar and lounge, a private dining area, and two event spaces, one with a plunge pool. A glassed-in wine room hosts tastings for guests and owners of vintages from the resort’s large, curated selection in its cellar.

Luxury amenities

Five star amenities will include an outdoor pool; luxury spa; a pool deck and fitness centre with ocean views; tennis and pickleball courts; a kids club; temperature-controlled wine storage; 24-hour concierge; and around-the-clock, on-site security.

Plus a beach club will showcase two infinity edge pools that visually melt into the sea, oceanfront luxury cabanas with private bar service, and a long stretch of pristine beach. During the day, the pool bar serves drinks and snacks, salads, and sandwiches. After the sun sets, fire pits create an open-air lounge under the stars.

Eco-friendly elements

The Loren’s architectural and operational plans incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly elements to ensure minimal environmental impact. Furthermore, the brand’s 2% < 2⁰ Initiative, in conjunction with the Loren Roots Initiative, allows guests and residents to participate in reforestation and carbon-reduction programmes.

Additionally, unique property-specific programming extends to curated music, art, events, and resident/guest experiences.

Architecture and nature blend

Stephen King, founder and CEO of The Loren Hotel Group, said: “The Loren Hotels and Residences brings the elements of luxury living to those seeking a seamless blend of architecture and nature. The Loren at Turtle Cove is a significant next step in our brand expansion as we continue to identify and secure future project sites.

“We have a track record of identifying the highest quality sites and building strong teams – from architects and investors to general contractors – to deliver on The Loren Hotels’ signature luxury offerings and the ultimate experiences.”
