The Lincoln Suites lands in London

Cycas Hospitality has opened a 54-key boutique serviced aparthotel in the UK capital’s vibrant Holborn district within a converted 1920s neoclassical building.

The Lincoln Suites aims to attract travellers seeking a contemporary accommodation offering while visiting one of the world’s most forward-thinking cities.

Holborn plays host to The Lincoln Suites

Managed by Cycas Hospitality and owned by E&O Group, The Lincoln Suites is located in the heart of London’s Holborn district, just a stone’s throw away from the likes of Covent Garden, Soho and Clerkenwell. It occupies a characterful 1920s neoclassical building, which has been converted to meet the needs of aparthotel guests.

Wayne Androliakos, vice president of operations for south UK at Cycas Hospitality, said: “We’re delighted to have opened E&O Group’s first serviced apartment hotel in Europe, and to have brought their upmarket vision for The Lincoln Suites to life in such a prime London location.

“The last year has really helped open people’s eyes to the benefits of alternative accommodation options and, in particular, the greater flexibility and extra space offered by serviced apartments. Cycas is therefore confident that the demand is there for a more boutique long-stay experience, as much from those looking to spend a few weeks holidaying in the capital as those travelling on business.”

An urban retreat

There continues to be high demand for the aparthotel concept, and The Lincoln Suites aims to give extended-stay guests an experience that emulates the comfort of home, but with the convenience of a hotel. The property’s 54 units are split between 28 one-bed suites and 26 studios, complemented by a 24-hour reception, free wifi and a regular housekeeping service.

This represents Cycas Hospitality’s fourth property in London. The company also took over management of the 20-apartment Stow-Away Waterloo and opened the first Hyatt Place in central London, the upscale 280-room Hyatt Place London City East, in the summer of 2021.
