The Hotel Group (THG) has announced its partnership with Hogback Development Company to develop a Marriott StudioRes in Moses Lake, Washington.

Efficient design

This new midscale extended stay brand by Marriott International targets the short-term rental market. The property also includes efficient building design.

The all-studio hotel will feature spacious suites, offering an appealing option for travellers looking for convenience and flexibility in central Washington, especially for longer stays.

Extended stay demand rises

The Marriott StudioRes Moses Lake will be designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, blending functionality and comfort.

The property will include public spaces such as a fitness centre, laundry facilities, a communal table for guest interaction, and a covered outdoor patio.

Each guest room will feature fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, and optional microwave and dishwasher.

Construction is slated to begin in early 2025, with a planned opening in Spring 2026.

This will be the fifth hotel project developed by THG and Hogback Development in the Moses Lake area.

The hotel will be located next to the already-established Fairfield Inn & Suites Moses Lake, aiming to set a new standard for extended-stay hotels in the region.
