We at TECE GmbH are excited to announce that our acquisition of Absara Industrial S.L., a Spanish provider of sanitary products made from mineral cast, has been successfully concluded. As a result, Absara Industrial S.A. will now be a part of the TECE Group, becoming one of our valued subsidiaries.
Absara, based in Castellón in the Valencia region, produces and distributes a wide range of mineral cast products under the hidrobox® brand. Their offerings include shower trays, bathtubs, washbasins, and other sanitary items, which will now complement and expand our own product portfolio.
Strengthening our Drainage Expertise
With this step, we enhance our expertise in drainage technology. As a long-established specialist in line drainage systems, TECE has been a leader in the sanitary and installation technology field for many years. However, in order to respond to evolving market demands and regional specifics in our key sales regions, we now expand our product range with floor-level shower trays.
