Thanks to a skillful conservative restoration project and the combination with sophisticated outdoor furniture from the Talenti brand, an ancient farmhouse rich in history and charm becomes an exclusive oasis of sustainable and elegant well-being.
The project
The Masseria AuraTerrae is a unique project where the historic identity of the location has been safeguarded by meticulous and avant-garde restoration work through the adoption of mostly hidden innovative technologies and eco-friendly facilities. Located in the northwest of the Municipality of Polignano a Mare, bordering the territory of Conversano, in the province of Bari valuable structure rests on a hill overlooking the coast from Mola di Bari to Monopoli, and harmoniously fits into an enchanting bucolic landscape, with 180° panoramic views of the sea. The object of a careful conservative recovery project, it presents true and authentic interior spaces but readapted to the most modern criteria of comfort in the style of a diffuse hotel: the rooms and the various environments come to life in different spaces of the masseria and its appurtenances among streets and alleys, as in an ancient agricultural village.

From the pool to the terraces, Talenti’s furnishings create an environment that is sophisticated yet in perfect harmony with its surroundings. Indeed, the property has multiple outdoor spaces with unforgettable views. Elegant descriptive plaques guide to the discovery of the most interesting places: such as the Cloister of the Olive Trees; the Belvedere Garden; the Village Square and the Old Church. But also the courtyard, the inner little square and the Panoramic Terrace of the bar and other enchanting sea view terraces. Or even the interior and aromatic Lemon Court.
An evocative route with several stops. In the evocative pools, made from old storage tanks, the loungers of the Slam collection designed by Ludovica Serafini+Roberto Palomba that blend in with the beautiful surrounding landscapes. On the large terrace, the star is the Panama Collection, also designed by Ludovica Serafini+Roberto Palomba, which plays with shadows to evoke the swaying of palm trees moved by the sea breeze and the smoothness of stones shaped by water. Instead, dominating the imposing and bucolic dining room and beyond is the seat from the Cruise Teak collection also designed by Studio Palomba, which is inspired by the nautical world with the ropes used to cover the backrest and armrests. Christian Visentin’s Moon Alu customizes the private terraces of each room while we also find Leaf side tables, created by Marco Acerbis, for an intimate and private breakfast.
