The Great Room in a Marriott Hotel is more than just a hotel lobby. The high-ceilinged room with its open-plan layout fulfils a variety of functions: Welcome Desk, comfortable living room, cafe/bar, workspace etc. Stockholm-based Living Design created a spectacular interior design for the renovation of the hotel lobby in Munich’s Schwabing district. In 2023, BRUMANN was commissioned as general contractor for interior fit-out and furnishing.

A successful renaissance for the iconic Marlene Bar in Berlin. As part of the comprehensive modernisation of the traditional Intercontinental Hotel, Brumann was also commissioned to renovate the historic “Marlene Bar”, including the restaurant, as the general contractor for the interior fit-out and furnishings. Based on a design by London-based Goddard Littlefair, the bar has once again become a well-known meeting place in Berlin’s nightlife scene.

More than a successful face-lift for the GHotel hotel & living in Würzburg. Interior design and general contractor fit-out from a single source. After a 12-month project phase, all 204 rooms / suites and all public areas and conference rooms on 17 floors were modernised on schedule in March 2024 and handed over to the operating company Chocolate on the Pillow.

A premiere for the hotel industry in Germany. The lifestyle brand Ennismore opened its first hotel in Baden-Baden under the Tribe brand in 2023. The interior design and storytelling were developed by Studio Aisslinger (Berlin). The five-storey hotel has 136 rooms, which are operated by the Chocolate on the Pillow Group.
