Residence Inn by Marriott Sedona, managed by Sunridge Hotel Group, is an all-suite hotel targeting extended-stay guests in one of Arizona’s most photogenic towns.
The 90-key Residence Inn by Marriott Sedona has made its long-awaited debut.
Strengthening Marriott’s presence in Sedona
The new Residence Inn by Marriott Sedona lies next to Sunridge Hotel Group’s Courtyard by Marriott hotel on a prime spot in West Sedona, just south of Uptown Sedona. Nearby are many local highlights, such as Red Rock State Park, Slide Rock State Park, Crescent Moon Picnic Area, and numerous hiking trails, including Devil’s Bridge and Skywalker Trails.
The property, which operates as a Marriott International franchise, is owned by Sedona Hospitality Group II and managed by Sunridge Hotel Group. Its general manager is Jill Meixueiro.
“Whether on vacation or business travel, guests can explore a variety of exceptional attractions that make Sedona a popular destination for visitors,” said Brian Welker, president of Sunridge Hotel Group. “Our hotel will offer an unparalleled Residence Inn experience with spacious suites and contemporary amenities, making us the logical choice for extended-stay guests coming to the area.”
Attractive extended-stay suites
In total, the scheme boasts 90 suites, and guests can choose from studios, one or two bedroom units, all of which benefit from balconies and mountain views. Kitchens are integrated into every unit, meanwhile, and TVs have all of the most up-to-date streaming services to help travellers relax and unwind.
Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, various barbecue areas, a viewing deck and 550 sq ft of flexible meeting space, which can accommodate up to 50 attendees. Last but not least, there’s a private meditation area overlooking the Coconino National Forest.
