This property from IHG Hotels & Resorts provides a new base for travellers visiting what’s become known as one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in the Atlanta area.

Modern, purposeful design

Owned by Atlanta Hospitality Investment LLC and operated by YM Hospitality, Holiday Inn & Suites Atlanta Perimeter-Dunwoody stands out for its modern, purposeful design and social areas including the Holiday Inn brand’s new open lobby concept for both work and making connections.

A new social hub

The new-build property houses 143 guest rooms that are designed to make you feel at home with modern and comfortable space, plus amenities such as IHG Studio for streaming shows from personal devices on the rooms’ flatscreen TVs.

Benefits of staying here include the brand’s Kids Stay and Eat Free programme and use of facilities including a fitness centre and indoor heated pool, as well as 4,500 sq ft of event space.

A highlight of the hotel is its rooftop restaurant and bar, Spice & Sky, with globally inspired cuisine from Atlanta chef Archna Becker. Designed as a year-round destination, this rooftop venue has both indoor and outdoor dining.
